What is the best and fastest way to learn HTML?

By

What is the best and the fastest way to learn HTML? That's a very good question and something that should get answered. I always believe that the best way to learn is to do this on a self-taught basis. Never having teaching from anyone at all, it was a matter of trial and error. I'm going to look at both ends to give an answer and see where it goes.

Best Way: It's to work with it directly and not worry about it so much. It is a matter of trial and error and can be done again as stated on a self-taught basis. While it may seems strange but it does work in what you need it to do and that is building web sites right. There are programs available online and are free of course. The one I use is CSE HTML Validator Lite Edition. What you get from that is not only coding but you validate your pages so that when you display your pages, they are valid and have no bugs.

Fastest: The fastest way is try going into it and walk into the fire. You could just try something like Webpage Builder. A place you could use that would be Geocities as you are not required to learn any HTML and just go by pure design. The code is in the inside and could be complex and complicated especially if you are not sure on what it is exactly. I wouldn't say that would be the best way to go about it but it does give you an idea on designing a web page if nothing else.

These methods are some prime examples on what you can do and here is something a little bit of a bonus as to a personal recommendation on how you should go about it and reasons as to why it would be better to go with this than any other.

Recommendation: If you can get some schooling done, it would probably be best. Why I say this is because as much as you can do on your own, sometimes having a teacher could really help and give you more confidence in yourself. If however that is not an option for after High School assuming you didn't take it there, then I suggest going online and searching for tutorials on building web sites with HTML and then maybe perhaps you could go higher than that.

I hope this answers the question because honestly the best and the fastest are two separate entities. Overall, you get a small recommendation and this is something I would have liked to have done in High School but it wasn't available at the time and this isn't real long ago. These items based upon some personal experience should better help you in your quest on finding the best way to learn HTML.

Good Hub.

I just paid for a book and went for it. My HTML/CSS is far from professional quality, but I know enough to go in and fix code in Dreamweaver, if I have problems.
